Racismo estrutural e a desigualdade racial nas carreiras jurídicas no Brasil

Abstract

Black people are the most part in the brazilian society, despite this, it turns out that in areas with big prestige, as in high-ranking of legal careers, this group figures as a minority. In this manner, the present study has the purpose to analyze the reasons why the unequal in the legal carees on the Brazil exist, verifying surveys carried out with professionals by the Public Prosecution, magistrature and big stalls of lawyering, to acknowledge how this reality can impact in the functioning of the judicial system. For this purpose, was realized a brief analysis on the brazilian racial landscape, addressing the structural racism as a exists phenomenon. Through quantitative surveys and studies about race and representivity themes, was discussed the racial conjuncture of this professions and the posture of the judiciary system across from situations involving racism. In this manner, was verified that the structure racism, derivative of the historical factor is the most responsible for the racial inequality on the juridics careers and this lack of representation can impact on the posture of the agents before this thematic.In conclusion it is inferred that affirmative actions in the Civil service exam and universities, allied with initiatives as a promotion of events and inclusion programmes are fundamentals to be possible promotes the gradual rupture of this unequal structure on the professions covered and consequently on the brazilian society.
