O processo histórico da ocupação humana e as transformações ambientais no bioma caatinga ocorridas no Povoado Pedrão

Abstract

The present work aims to carry out an evaluation of the historical process of human occupation and the environmental transformations in the caatinga biome that occurred in the Pedrão Town - Delmiro Gouveia - AL. Then, we tried to point out the problems related to the deforestation of the biome, bringing some reports about the conduct of the caatinga extraction process, having as a corpus the report of the people interviewed in the village. The general objective is to analyze how this occupation took place based on the assumption of the originality of the first inhabitants and the environmental changes in the Caatinga biome. The research has a qualitative-exploratory nature that sought to describe the reality of the study in focus, with which it brings photos, interviews of the current process of human occupation that occurred in the caatinga biome. From the observations experienced about the field research, there has been an erasure of the contents regarding the caatinga biome. The territorial occupation of space is somewhat slow, when in the territory it has little commercial interest, in the case of a town, this formation of spaces will develop through the work of agriculture, as well as livestock, manual work to guarantee its existence for the family growth.
