Análise dos problemas ambientais oriundos da prática do turismo e recreação no entorno da orla fluvial de Piranhas - AL

Abstract

The present work has the objective of analyzing the environmental problems resulting from the practice of tourism and recreation in the surroundings of the Piranhas - AL riverbank. In order to do this, we used documentary, bibliographic and exploratory analysis, semi-structured interviews, photographic records, a check-list method to identify environmental problems, analyzing impact indicators such as: garbage, sanitation, erosion and damage to vegetation. secondary sources such as the (infrastructure secretariat and secretariat of culture and tourism). The riverside of Piranhas-AL concentrates bars and restaurants to attend the tourists that visit the city during the year, with that, transformations occur in the area due to the development of tourism. The border was chosen for presenting indicators related to the research and that are linked with the practice of tourism. With the results, the strong presence of indicators in the damages to vegetation and erosion was verified in the field, since the area showed absence of vegetation, with furrows that cause the sediments to flow to the river.
