A América Latina e o Estado: contradições e particularidades sócio-históricas

Abstract

In the framework of today's relations the plurality of controversial and enthusiastic debate disseminates an ideological set that has reproduced the image of the State as a conquest and emancipatory instrument to the detriment of the centrality of work. Against this movement, the need to recover classics and history is reaffirmed in the precise sense of overcoming the personifications and complementarity that the state complex exercises the material basis founded on the antagonistic division of social classes and the exploitation of man by man. In this text the investigation of the ontological foundations of the State elucidates itself from the examination of Latin American particularities, in spite of Latin America as a genuine genuine expression of the unity of the diverse, given its common elements - usurpation, plunder, appropriation of wealth and violence - as a peripheral continent, but also provides a diversification in its interior insofar as the social formation of their countries has singularities among them. Being a text of a theoretical nature, the adopted operational procedures consist in the critical revision and immanent reading of the historical and ontological foundations of the thematic, starting from the classic ones and contemporaries. For the apprehension of this social totality the dialectical historical method was indispensable, because it offers us support to understand the development of being, and the categorical arsenal of the dialectical historical method makes it possible to unmask as the state complex the antagonistic reproduction in this unequal and combined relation is fundamental. Thus, the objective is to delimit the historical character that conditions Latin America to peripheral and dependent economy, and to provoke the primordial role of the State in controlling, legalizing and commanding the direct transfer of value and / or the formation of external debts. Therefore, the study makes contributions in the exercise of overcoming the diverse stereotypes that are impregnated to Latin America. And it is in the figure of the state that much of this path could be captured, since dependence is founded on a combination relationship based on inequality.
