A ressignificação das práticas voluntárias ante a tensão público versus privado

Abstract

The Master’s degree essay entiled “The Reframing of Voluntary Practeces Between the Public Versus the Private Tension” was born from concerns about the nature of voluntary practices and its funcionality in a intensive scenario of the exploration and subordination that the capitalism conducts, especially referring to the new sense imputed to the voluntary practices nowadays. The essay had as objective the refraning of the presentday voluntary practices, searching elements to understand the reach al these practices in the mitigation process of the social imbalance to this analysis development, was used as methodologic resource a bibliographic study anda t the same time a documental study the documental study went along by the Reading of decrees and laws that refer to the “third section” and the voluntare servisse, letting us identify its link with the social politecs the bibliographic stady took a literature about the organic conposition of the capital, the nonoplay capitalismo, the social imbalance in on individual way, the philanthropy, the social assistence, the solidarity and the presente day voluntary practices. This literature let us bear the elements that determins the existence of the social question and the supposed reach of the voluntary practice in the expressions reduction process of the social question. When rescued the contexto that delimitted the monopolista capitalismo, tried to highlight the articulations of the state’s economics and politics functions and remark the relationship between the public and private glabu referring to the intervention of the social question expressions. To, afterward, call the attention to the liberal ideas resumption a way mast evidences the tendency to depoliticize and naturalize these expressions. Continuing, we engaged a brief historic about the voluntary practices and the brasilian particularity was detached with the intuito of demonstrating its link with the charitable principles and its funcionality in the development processo f the burgher man. Considering that the philantropy categories, the assistence and the solidarity have been parto f the redirection of the state’s publec social politics. Afterward, we show the main elements and perspectives presented in the actual discussion about the voluntary practices, with the goal of pontualing the reframing of these practices and the subjective dimensiono f the volunteering act. Concluiding that, despite of the conatation adquired em diferente historic moments the essence of the voluntary practices didn’t change. So, the reframing of the voluntary practices in the contem poraneity configures as formo f adpting the individuals to the changes made by the capitalismo development and its necessity of reproduction.
