Microempreendedor individual: um estudo de caso sobre ações e estratégias utilizadas durante a pandemia com o intuito de preservar a saúde financeira do negócio

Abstract

The Individual Microentrepreneur, emerged after the creation of Law No. 128 of 2008, was implemented to favor those workers who work on their own and exercise one of the more than 400 types of services, commerce and industry. A time ago, with the creation of the law, there was a search for a way to legalize and formalize Brazilians who were already autonomously exercising na economic activity. In the year 2020 a pandemic of gigantic proportions set in, to the point of reshaping the ways we live, and with the advance all over the world, especially in Brazil, one of the groups most affected by the economic resection that took place in our country were the Individual micro-entrepreneurs, who had a drop in their income and consequently were forced to rethink their strategies to be able to maintain their business and get an adequate livelihood from it. Thus, this case study aimed to understand the actions of a micro-entrepreneur in the face of a devastating economic crisis that invaded all sectors of the economy, through a descriptive research data collection was carried out to understand the scenario and what measures were taken to survive in the face of the crisis generated by the COVID-19 Pandemic. The results found were positive, showing that despite the crisis, there are ways for a microentrepreneur to overcome the problems, and be able to extract important lessons to move forward. With the Advent of the Pandemic, delivery, often little used, is here to stay and become a powerful tool to generate income for many micro-entrepreneurs.
