Responsabilidade social: um pacto entre estado e sociedade civil no enfrentamento do caráter destrutivo do capitalismo.

Abstract

This work aims to study the action strategies in facing the destructive character of the capitalism above the world of work, e has as general objective analyze the way how the State has convened the civil society, for together, administrate the expressions of the social question. We learned that the State in its neoliberal phase is in full accordance with the proposals of expansion of the capital, transferring for the market and for the individuals the responsibility for the reduction of the inequality and the construction of the social justice. We initially conducted a study above the destructive character of the capitalist production, explaining how the capital surpasses its crisis and, finds alternatives for its expansion. For the development of the research, we used as methodological resource the bibliographic research. The studied period of the capitalism begins in its monopolist phase, when you see the poverty expressions as being a social question. The story-critical perspective is the reference adopted for the achievement of the research e for exposure of the studied object. We approached on the destructive character of the capital, its strategies of expansion, as well its offensives against the work world. Then, we described the appearance of the social question and the adoption of social policy as answers for its sequelaes. Finally, we addressed the nature of the neoliberal State and the participation of the civil society, in particular of the private companies, in facing the expressions of the social question. We concluded that the practices of social responsibility of the entrepreneurs is nothing more than, a strategy of the capital for surpass its crisis, in particular, the lived in the year of 1970, and keep the hegemony of the dominant class.
