Abstract: Since Hegel, the schemes underlying the social conflict aim to the existence of morally motivated relations, of intersubjective order, basing struggles for recognition. Education, as well as other areas of knowledge and human acting, also finds itself affected by the rebound of these intersubjective struggles, as exemplified by the undermining of the experience resulting from the instrumentalizing process of a rationality that is continually gaining more and more utilitarist and functionalist adjectives, even in face of diversification of virtual, digital and technological modalities of communication and interactivity that promise to connect more people all over the world. In this wold led by the “managed society”, in which several orders of pathologies are fit through the disciplinarity of looks of anthropological, philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical character, the overcoming of metaphysical discourse is demanded for the docent formation and consequently school formation, as justified by the need of improving the I-other relation to beyond subject-object dichotomy, remnant of positivist logic that does not capture the filigrees of current human and social manifestations. Entangled in this logic, socially vulnerable groups, as for example disabled people, continue expressing profusely moral violations in their day to day living, witnessing them continually, denouncing attempts against fundamental human and social guaranties, which are theirs by right, claiming for the time of a new moral Grammar, according to which social agreements be stablished on the basis of an axiological repertoire capable of rescuing the respect for singular identities, considering their interdependence relation. Having the precepts of Critical Social Theory as backstage, such as defended by intellectuals of 3 generations of Frankfurt School, we have essayed the unveiling of one given Inclusive Pedagogy of Recognition, turned to axiological interest of disabled school public, by confronting Axel Honneth’s Intersubjective Recognition Theory and the Social Inclusion Theory, aiming to the transdisciplinary recomposition of an emancipating Project of Reason bonded to democratic logic that can reconfigure moral agreements attentive to a communicating ethics sensitive to these vulnerable biographies. When we analyse curricular projections from national guidelines to docent formation and the resulting pedagogical practice of licencees in Pedagogy in Brazil, which was obtained by the use of bibliographic and documental researches of qualitative nature, we conclude, among other things, despite inclusive statements, that intersubjective relations effectively practiced in the context of public school among disabled students and teachers graduated in Pedagogy tend to manifest attitudinal barriers as exemplified by the generalization, negation, belief in intellective incapacity and perception of little value that, in turn, potentializes negative equivalents of recognition, as loss of self-confidence, self-esteem and self-respect, creating obstacles to inclusive education, thus promoting embarrassment at the recognition of disabled students in the school communitarian context. Likewise, we conclude that the values concerning inclusive moral grammar, once made transversally explicit in Higher Learning Curriculum, may foment conscious docent engagement actions in favor of inclusion and recognition of disabled students in Basic Education. However, such engagement actions need to be consolidated in day to day ethic and solidary practices so that a social inclusive esteem may result from overcoming the integrationist paradigm which we suppose yet invigorating in the docent formation and in the theoretical dimension of honnethian recognition. Finally, we believe we have confirmed the thesis defended that the initiatives of social inclusion in Brazil, fomented in the context of formal education through docent formation entitled as inclusive, do not contemplate the conceptual universe that leads to the effective intersubjective recognition of disabled students, considering that school inclusion of this public tends to support itself unilaterally on justifications of legal nature based, mostly, on the exaltation of the dignity of human people, as a metaphysical principle located in the list of fundamental rights and human universal rights. In this sense, our investigation points to formative possibilities for the Course of Degree in Pedagogy, as it suggests a diverse look to the curriculum for initial formation, from which theoretical notions about the right to inclusion defended be ratified in everyday pedagogical practices, guided by a hermeneutic of accessibility from which communication and evaluation of learning arise, respecting disabled human people, in benefit of intersubjective relations with effective respect to inclusion and recognition, that can be implemented in the several other graduations.
