Pandiário: um instrumento ressignifica(dor) no tempo e espaço da pandemia

Abstract

To give new meaning to the events that took place in the space and time in which the Covid-19 pandemic takes place implies reflecting on its causes, on the loss of loved ones, bereaved families and the subjective message that the context will leave for all of us. It is necessary and touching to reflect, through motivating messages, about this human suffering that the whole world is going through – especially Brazil, with more than 600 thousand lives and families mourning Covid-19, a significant number and which could be smaller. The entire intervention proposal brings in its wake motivational messages for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), along with the themes of the health calendar and its respective months, from January to December, with professionals and users of the SUS, since every intervention has the Municipal Health Department of Coruripe and the Basic Health Units as places to carry out this proposal. Promoting health within the space in which health is promoted is very healthy and motivating for those who transit, either as users or professionals. What is noticed is that everyone brings and takes messages about life and their daily lives, both personal and professional, whether in their health or illness process, everyone interacts and relates socially. The proposal aims to create a "Pandiário" inside the Basic Health Units and Municipal Health Department, a space that will include motivational messages on which users and employees can reflect and reframe their self-knowledge and knowledge about life and events that involve us, whether they are events of a personal, individual or collective order. All this space, in addition to motivating messages, also brings the themes that allude to each theme of the months of the year, from January to December. The methodological process brings motivating messages on cardboard clippings, positive thoughts about life, making us have a moment of self-knowledge of the moment we are going through, in front of life's events and even the somatization that life makes us carry throughout the years through our history, trajectory and memory, this moment to reflect and give new meaning to our mental health. The expected result is very subjective, but humanizing; it is an intimate and personal process, which may or may not take a long time, as each individual has a history, trajectory and memory, the subjectivity of each one is unique and has space and time for a brief or long recovery. Therefore, it is important to recommend the understanding of the health and disease process and that mental health is a dynamic and vital process.
