Abstract: This Academic Graduate Final Coursework (TACC) of the Professional Master's in Health Education (MPES) of the Faculty of Medicine of the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) comprises documents generated basically from a research originated after the accomplishment of a Humanization of Health Practices Workshop between September 2016 and January 2017, whose objective was to train health professionals to act as supporters of the National Humanization Policy in a universitary hospital in the northeastern region of Brazil, and then to establish a Humanization Working Group, with a view to promoting sustainability to the humanization actions of the referred hospital. The core documents of this Coursework are: a scientific paper still to be submitted to the journal with the corresponding level required by theMPES, which describes in detail the results of a research and its results; and an intervention product that includes a technical report resulting from the discussion of the survey, which involved representatives and residents linked to the institution where the research was conducted. In the chapter that brings the article, the researcher showed that, because she was, at the time, in the initial process of the Professional Master's in Health Education, she was instigated to know the possible changes occurred in the practices of the professionals assigned to that workshop, from a qualitative research of descriptive and exploratory feature, whose chosen theoretical-methodological contribution was the Discursive Practices and Production of Meanings by Mary Jane Spink. Of the seventeen subjects who completed the Humanization Workshop, 13 were willing to participate in this study, represented by the following professional categories: three social workers, one occupational therapist, one psychologist, one dental surgeon, two nurses and five residents of the Multiprofessional Residency of UFAL (two from Psychology, two from Social Work and one from Pharmacy). Of this amount, 12 were females and only 01 male. The technique used for coproduction of information was The Conversation Wheel, and the information coproduced, after being fully transcribed, enabled the production of a dialogical map, in which four categories were distinguished: humanization commission - space for institutionalized dialogue; knowledge of HNP legislation; management support as a determining factor for the strengthening of HNP and; polysemy on the concept of Humanization. In the results and discussions, it was evidenced the importance of having established in the hospital a space of discussions that could assemble all the actors involved in the service, managers, workers and users, as well as the group's necessity to know about the HNP legislation as a strategy to support their work practices. Special attention was paid to management support as a determining factor for the strengthening of HNP, guiding practices in the hospital. And finally, it was talked about the polysemy of the concept of humanization, the need to understand what the actions of the HNP are and what humanitarian actions are. It is worth mentioning, in the final considerations of the paper, that despite the progress made since the Humanization Workshop, these were still not enough for the HNP to orient health practices in the hospital, thus requiring greater investment and political will of the management of the hospital in this regard. The chapter that discusses the Product comprises the Technical Report produced from the presentation of the research for representatives of the institution in which it was carried out, which also included the professionals who participated in the research, where it was intended, besides presenting the results of the research, promote reflections on the themes discussed and highlight that one of the main coping strategies to overcome the difficulties of implementing HNP in health institutions and organizations is to broaden the spaces for participatory management, including key actors in the discussions and strengthen the collective. The other documents that make up the Coursework are: a) the Presentation, which explains the professional trajectory of the researcher, the reasons for her interest in the National Humanization Policy and, consequently, the research and product she developed during the master's degree; the Final Considerations point to the fragmentation of care, reflecting the way in which the organization of services develops in an isolated way, also stressing the need to work on the integration between teaching and service, the appendix that includes the dialogical map of the research; and finally, the Annex, which contains: the UFAL Research Ethics Committee's report, the list of participants present at the Extended Meeting to present the results of the research, the power point presentation of the research results and, finally, the photographic record of the enlarged meeting
