Abstract

This academic work exposes ideas that reflect on the construction of the social gender through language, understood as action, and the socio-interactional relationship that is constructed according to time, context and space. In this understanding, language is not neutral, but political and ideological. The conception of gender defended here is that of social construct, therefore, moving away from the notion of the essential roles of subjects. In this way, we intend to understand, in linguistic-enunciative analysis, the meanings proposed duringan interview with a transgender woman, admittedly Black and sertaneja. The purpose is to understand how the construction of her gender, the processes of subjectivation that construct this political subject, that with his own existence questions the dominant discourses, with the support of the intertwined ones of these other marginalized performances, that make upherbeing asa political subjectand social that exists as discourses of resistance. The existence of the transgender configures itself dissident and develops performativity that TRANSgresses, TRANSpasses and TRANSforms, so that, within the structuralist view of the binary form of gender, which impute its intelligibility, referring only to man and woman, it continues to shock the heteronormative tradition. The concepts of queer crowds and performative acts, among others, are considered to enrich and elucidate the discussion. The work is based on the studies of Queer Linguistics, which serves as a theoretical frame work for providing greater freedom for its realization, for setting up a field of knowledge that acts with indiscipline, contestation and provocation of renovation, deconstruction and reconstruction of solidified knowledge in thestructure social, and that defends the thesis of the concept of gender identity as senses constructed and practiced in the language and in a dialogical perspective, in which their understanding is given in a refracted way. As theoretical and methodological basis for the research are used the studies of Bakhtin (2004), Bento (2009), Borba (2006; 2016); Butler (2003); Louro (1997, 2008), Preciado (2011); Santos Filho (2012, 2015a, 2015b, 2015c, 2017a, 2017b), among others.
